Biden said he considers Putin a “war criminal”

The U.S. President Joe Biden said he considers Russian leader Vladimir Putin a “war criminal.”

During Biden’s brief conversation with reporters from the White House pool, a Fox News correspondent asked the US president if he was ready, “after everything we’ve seen,” to call his Russian counterpart a war criminal.

At first Biden answered in the negative and left the room, but then he returned, asked again and said: “He is a war criminal.”
